Roles & Responsibilities

So, what's a super intern you ask? It's someone who believes in what we're building and will go above and beyond to make a REAL impact on our team. No matter what your interests may be, we make sure to provide a well-rounded experience. We primarily work with college and highschool students for credit, but we're open to working with anyone!

Outlined below are a few of our more frequent tasks:
+ On & offline marketing initiatives
+ Industry blogging
+ Video & audio production as part of IAtv
+ General software testing
+ R&D / team brainstorming
+ Event planning & support
+ Graphic & web design
 

Requirements

+ Solid appreciation for music
+ Professional and positive attitude
+ Organized individual with a strong work ethic
+ Your own laptop computer is preferred but not required
+ General knowledge of the following is a plus! Wordpress, Photoshop, Final Cut, & Pro Tools

Roles & Responsibilities
Indie Ambassador is seeking a development intern to join our team of creative designers, programmers, marketers, and musicians. The company is based in Charlestown, MA and has been in development since 2009. With our product now in pre-beta, we are looking for a creative, tech savvy individual that wants to be a part of a promising company in the entertainment industry.

+ Working with our Technology team to manage, update, and create online content
+ Updating and optimizing customer-facing websites, particularly via the WordPress platform
+ Assist in developing strategies based on analysis of website traffic and user data
+ Work with a young, energetic team of entrepreneurs
 

Requirements
+ Solid appreciation for music
+ You get things done: a real doer, not just a thinker
+ You love to learn new skills and sharpen existing ones
+ You’re prepared to work on a project developed from the ground up to change the world
 

Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiar with XHTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery/Prototype, PHP 5.3, MySQL 5
+ Experience with MVC frameworks
+ Experience with AJAX, Javascript technologies and Adobe Flash
+ Familiar with CodeIgnitor and/or ExpressionEngine (A plus, but not required!)
